The use of services provided by Litehost on getlitehost.com constitutes agreement to the following Terms and Conditions.

The use of services from Litehost is strictly on your acceptance and adherence to these Terms. All Terms apply to all users, guests and anyone who use our Services and if you disagree with any part of these Terms then you may not have the right to use our Services.

User Agreement

It is mandatory for every user to agree to our Terms and usage of Services in order to have access to them. We don’t permit Investment sites (FOREX, e-gold exchange) , lottery sites , hacker-dedicated sites/files/programs, “high-yield investment programs” (HYIP) (Ponzi websites), Mail Bombers and Spam Scripts, Escrow, illegal money-making sites, betting, hate sites, or sites promoting illegal activities.

Litehost has the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Service including, but not narrowed to the database or content at any time for any reason. We have the right to refuse service to anyone. Any content that, in our finding, is offensive, threatening, unlawful, or infringes on our terms of service in any way may be put on hold or completely terminated from our servers with or without notice.

Litehost reserves the right to revise or change these Terms from time to time by posting the updated terms on our Site. It is your obligation to check the Terms intermittently for modifications. If you object to any such changes, your only choice will be to cease using our Services.

Prohibited and Forbidden Activities

All illegal, unauthorized, and fraudulent activities are forbidden on Litehost. Users are not allowed to use Litehost and its services for any illicit and unlawful transactions.

In its sole recourse, Litehost has the right to terminate or refuse completion of transaction for users found guilty of the following;

Theft or Infringement of Intellectual Property - You are not allowed to publish, copy, or distribute content belonging to another user or third party. This includes all types of content such as books, music, movies, software, data, or any other copyrighted work.
Use of Illegal data crawlers, bots, spiders, or any other form of crawling tools to acquire, process, or copy content from any platform to associate with Litehost is completely forbidden.
Harm or attack on anyone’s right, including racial attacks, gender harassment, tribe discrimination, assault on the physically disabled, or any kind of vile behavior should not be associated with users of Litehost, as this will mar the reputation of Litehost and its services. Thus, if any user is found guilty of this, their account will be terminated with or without prior email notification.
Use of any property, content, trademarks, logo, frames, taglines, software, or any personal valuables belonging to Litehost for commercial or non-commercial activities and campaigns by a user without formal permission from Litehost is prohibited.
Transactions or use of payment options not associated or provided by Litehost will not be accounted for by us. You are advised to use only but payment methods made available on Litehost’s platform.
Any unauthorized attempt to bypass or maneuver security and technological measures configured and established by Litehost will result in the complete loss of the user's account without prior notice.
Users who steal, copy, or hijack files, assets, and properties of another business will be terminated from Litehost and its services, once found guilty.

In addition, if any user is found breaching the laws or engaging in any illegal activities not listed above or omitted, Litehost has the right according to our terms and services to cancel, terminate, and withhold our services from such users.

You are absolutely responsible for compliance with all enactments, proclamations, regulations, and tax obligations applicable to your use of the Services on Litehost. And as such you pledge in connection with your use of our Site, that you will not or help others to engage in Prohibited activities on Litehost.

Account Setup

For anyone to access and use our services, you are required to register an account. Your account will be set up after we have confirmed your payment and carried out a proper check on your order(s), in order to avoid fake orders. During registration of account, ensure to provide a primary email address, this will enable us contact you in case of any abuse or breach of terms of service. If you choose to register your account with false information, be rest assured that Litehost will terminate your account once we detect such illegal activity, with or without warning you and also without a refund.

You are not allowed to use an unlawful entity or the name of another person without proper authorization or any unpleasant, vulgar or X-rated name during registration. You are responsible for all activities carried out through your Account unless such doings are not approved by you (such activities should be reported to our support team for immediate scrutiny).

Domain Name Registration

Ensure to confirm that the domain name you intend to purchase on our site does not encroach on on any other domain name, or trademark of a third party. Any domain name clash relating to your domain name will be fixed in accordance with our Copyright Infringement Policy.

Transfers

Moving your sites or domains to us does not guarantee that the process will take only a short period of time. Each hosting company differs from the other and some hosting platforms save data in an incompatible or patented format, which makes it very challenging to transfer some account data. Our transfer team will make every effort to help you move your site to us, but in some cases we might not be able to do so.

Termination or Suspension of Free Domain

Free Domain Registration During Trial Period: During the free trial period, you may register a domain without incurring any charges.
Hosting Renewal Requirement: To maintain the registration of a free domain beyond the free trial period, you must renew your hosting subscription with Litehost before the trial period expires.
Termination or Suspension: If the hosting subscription is not renewed before the expiration of the free trial period, Litehost reserves the right to terminate or suspend the free domain registration without further notice.
Effect of Termination or Suspension: In the event of termination or suspension, you acknowledge that you may lose access to the associated domain and any related services.
Data and Content: Litehost is not responsible for any loss of data or content associated with the terminated or suspended domain. It is your responsibility to back-up and retrieve any necessary data before the expiration of the free trial period.
Right to Refuse Renewal: Litehost retains the right to refuse the renewal of hosting services and the associated domain registration at its sole discretion.
Communication of Changes: You will be notified of any changes to the terms of service, including updates related to the termination or suspension of free domains, through the contact information you provided during registration.
