Yes, on all three tiers. A Node app manager in the panel plus SSH, so you can install dependencies, build and keep a process alive. Your RAM and vCPU allocation is the ceiling.
Can I move up a tier later?
Yes, at any time, without moving your sites or changing DNS. You pay the difference for the rest of your year. Moving down happens at renewal.
What is actually unlimited?
Mailboxes, databases and subdomains, under fair use — mailboxes are 5 GB each. Every other limit, transfer included, is a number on the plan.
