• Billing information, which is processed by our billing provider (Upmind) and the payment processors shown at checkout. We do not store full card details on this website.
• Support correspondence when you email us or open a ticket.
• Basic, privacy-friendly analytics about how pages are used. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Why we use it

We use your information to provide and maintain hosting and domain services, process payments and renewals, respond to support requests, keep our services secure, and meet legal and regulatory obligations. Our lawful bases include performing our contract with you, your consent, our legitimate interests in running the service securely, and compliance with the law.

Your rights

Under the NDPR you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate data, request deletion, object to or restrict certain processing, and request a copy of your data. We share data only as needed to run the service: our billing and client-area provider at client.getlitehost.com, the payment processors shown at checkout, and the domain registries required to register or transfer your domains. We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as long afterwards as needed to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise it. We protect your data with encryption in transit, access controls and monitoring, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
